  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options, which typically deliver within 2-3 business days from the shipping date. Expedited shipping costs vary based on order size, weight, and destination.

  • Overnight Shipping: For urgent deliveries, we offer overnight shipping (next business day) at an additional cost. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

2. Order Processing and Handling Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be longer.

  • Handling Time: Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out according to the shipping method you selected at checkout. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us to inquire about shipping options.

4. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Deliveries: Delivery times will vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and the carrier. You will be able to see estimated delivery times during checkout based on your selected shipping method.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery. We recommend monitoring your tracking to ensure timely delivery.

  • Delays: While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays. 5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

  • Shipping to U.S. Territories: We currently do not ship to U.S. territories. Please provide a valid U.S. address for delivery.

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Please note that some carriers may not update the tracking information immediately. If your tracking number indicates that the package is “in transit” or “pending” for an extended period, please wait 24–48 hours for updates. 7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your shipment is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. Power Rapids Bicycles is not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information, including undeliverable or returned packages. 9. International Shipping

Currently, Power Rapids Bicycles ships only within the United States. If you are interested in purchasing items from outside the U.S., please contact us directly to inquire about available shipping options.
